One day, two hikes, on Mount Shasta. Joe Petkovich and I first launched from Panther Meadow with a planned destination of Southgate Meadows through The Gate, with a return through the Old Ski Bowl. Too much snow. Even with crampons we were forced to stop just short of The Gate. Back at Bunny Flat we finished the day hiking to Horse Camp. Great day on this massive mountain. Stayed in McCloud. Even went to the McCloud River Falls after getting back from hiking. All videos and still shots captured on iPhone Xs.
